- Support pupils with their learning and development.
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging classroom experiences.
- Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, staff and families.
- Develop valuable skills through hands‑on experience and professional training.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is…
- Enthusiastic, positive and eager to learn.
- Passionate about supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
- Able to build strong relationships with both children and adults.
- A strong communicator with good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Qualified with GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths.

Morley Newlands Academy is a large primary school, with over 650 children from Nursery age right up to Year 6. Situated close to the centre of Morley in south Leeds, our academy serves families from across the local community.
