We are part of The GORSE Academies Trust, committed to inclusive education. Little London Bridge, a specialist Resource Provision for children with Autism and/or Complex Communication Needs, opened in January 2025 and supports over 70 primary and secondary pupils with EHCPs. We are now seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join the team at Little London Bridge – a vital and rewarding role that supports the learning and development of pupils with additional needs and helps foster an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Potential Applicants Should Have:
- Completed the DfES Teaching Assistant Induction Programme or hold equivalent qualifications/experience.
- An NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent experience in a classroom setting.
- Experience working with or caring for children of a relevant age.
