This role is essential in shaping a high-performing, empowered fleet service network. By leading and supporting both service partners and fleet service technicians, you will create the conditions for consistent, best‑in‑class fleet service delivery. Your work ensures that teams are fully equipped, trained, and confident to meet operational needs while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Empower Service Partners: Build and enable a high-performing network, ensuring partners have the tools, training, and guidance to deliver excellent fleet services.
- Lead and Support Technicians: Inspire and coach a distributed team of fleet service and partner technicians, setting clear expectations for performance, quality, and safety.
- Drive Service Excellence: Maintain high-quality service delivery across the network, monitor performance, and implement improvements to meet operational and customer standards.
- Enable Technical Solutions: Support deployment and adoption of connected solutions, ensuring partners can install, maintain, and scale services effectively.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, fleet, and retail teams to align service capabilities with customer needs and provide insights for scalable service models.
- Champion Efficiency and Growth: Promote the use of connected tools and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner and technician performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with approximately 7 years’ experience in a related field or industry.
- Partner Enablement: Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and empower partners to operate independently while delivering scalable, high-quality service.
- Inclusive Leadership: Experienced in guiding and mentoring teams, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative, supportive, and respectful environment.
- Collaboration & Influence: Strong ability to work across teams to align service delivery with commercial and customer needs, encouraging shared ownership and continuous growth.
- Technical & Operational Expertise: Solid understanding of fleet services, TPMS, DrivePoint solutions, and roadside assistance operations.
- Service Performance Management: Confident managing KPIs, SLAs, audits, and corrective actions to maintain consistent service standards.
- Systems & Data Literacy: Comfortable using connected systems, tools, and insights to drive efficiency, informed decision‑making, and service excellence.
