What You'll Do
- Develop and grow sales of corporate truck tyre products across local and regional fleet customers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of dealer and customer opportunities to support sales and market share objectives
- Forecast sales accurately and monitor performance against targets, adjusting plans as needed
- Plan and manage territory activities to optimise profitability and share best practices across the network
- Partner with independent dealers, wholesalers, and fleets to deliver best‑in‑class customer service
- Support onboarding of new dealers and strengthen engagement with key and priority accounts
- Ensure network partners operate in line with company standards, KPIs, and service expectations
- Deliver training and guidance to dealers and customers where required
- Promote and support the use of corporate solutions and value‑added services
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM and other internal systems
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, including new business development and account management
- Ability to manage a large territory and build strong, lasting relationships with partners and customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer‑focused approach
- Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general systems literacy
- Relevant industry experience (tyre, logistics, or commercial vehicles) is advantageous
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region
