What You’ll Do: In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales of Goodyear corporate brand truck tyres through local and regional fleets, working closely with independent dealers and wholesalers. You will ensure that customers receive best-in-class service while supporting dealers to grow profitably and sustainably.

  • Building and managing a strong dealer and customer sales pipeline to support market share growth and sales targets
  • Forecasting sales accurately for allocated dealers and brands, and planning activities to achieve agreed targets
  • Planning and managing your territory effectively, sharing best practice and identifying opportunities to improve processes and profitability
  • Supporting dealer and customer training as required
  • Ensuring network partners operate in line with Truckforce Network standards and KPIs
  • Onboarding new dealers to support Key Account and PPK customers
  • Managing dealer activity to meet Key Account and PPK customer requirements, including fleet KPIs and SLAs
  • Promoting and using Goodyear's corporate solutions and services, including Goodyear Proactive Solutions
  • Maintaining systems and tools, including accurate CRM data

What You’ll Bring: Experience in B2B sales, including new and existing business (experience in tyres, logistics, or the commercial vehicle sector is an advantage). Strong account management skills and experience working with independent businesses. Confidence in territory planning and managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and strong literacy and numeracy skills. A business-related degree or equivalent experience (desirable, but not essential). Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. A full UK driving licence.
