Why This Role Matters
This role plays a key part in supporting the growth and success of our fleet service network. By combining business development, operational support, and project coordination, you’ll help ensure consistent brand standards, strong partner relationships, and effective delivery of strategic initiatives across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with fleet service partners to develop and deliver business plans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyse sales and performance data to inform decision‑making and guide pricing, service mix, and profitability strategies.
- Support the rollout of new programs, tools, and systems, including coordination with service providers and IT platforms.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards, processes, and retail guidelines, including audits and follow‑up actions.
- Plan and coordinate projects, workshops, and training sessions to support partner capability and engagement.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support, including contract management, audit preparation, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives on track and communication clear.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to continuous improvement and strategic planning.
- Support network expansion, onboarding of new partners, and retention initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, or operations/project coordination. Experience in automotive/tire industry is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
