What You’ll Do
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or equivalent.
- Strong English skills; French and/or German are a plus.
- A passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Comfort with CAD/CAM software (Catia V5 / OpenMind HyperMill) and 3D modeling.
- Flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Visual Basic for macros and a knack for improving machining strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Create and maintain multi-axis CNC programs to produce high-quality parts.
- Review and optimize machining processes for maximum efficiency and tool longevity.
- Keep the CNC program directory organized and up to date.
- Collaborate on designing jigs, fixtures, and special equipment for CNC applications.
- Implement and track cost improvements.
- Ensure all programming follows current standards and best practices.
- Support the selection of new equipment and tools.
- Be a flexible problem-solver, ready to adapt programs and strategies as needed.
