Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or equivalent.
  • Strong English skills; French and/or German are a plus.

  • Comfort with CAD/CAM software (Catia V5 / OpenMind HyperMill) and 3D modeling.
  • Flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
  • Nice‑to‑have: experience with Visual Basic for macros and a knack for improving machining strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain multi‑axis CNC programs to produce high‑quality parts.
  • Review and optimize machining processes for maximum efficiency and tool longevity.
  • Keep the CNC program directory organized and up to date.
  • Collaborate on designing jigs, fixtures, and special equipment for CNC applications.
  • Implement and track cost improvements.
  • Ensure all programming follows current standards and best practices.
  • Support the selection of new equipment and tools.
  • Be a flexible problem‑solver, ready to adapt programs and strategies as needed.
