What You’ll Do:
- Develop sales of Goodyear corporate brand truck tyres through local and regional fleets, working closely with independent dealers and wholesalers.
- Ensure that customers receive best-in-class service while supporting dealers to grow profitably and sustainably.
- Build and manage a strong dealer and customer sales pipeline to support market share growth and sales targets.
- Forecast sales accurately for allocated dealers and brands, and plan activities to achieve agreed targets.
- Plan and manage your territory effectively, sharing best practice and identifying opportunities to improve processes and profitability.
- Support dealer and customer training as required.
- Ensure network partners operate in line with Truckforce Network standards and KPIs.
- Onboard new dealers to support Key Account and PPK customers.
- Manage dealer activity to meet Key Account and PPK customer requirements, including fleet KPIs and SLAs.
- Promote and use Goodyear's corporate solutions and services, including Goodyear Proactive Solutions.
- Maintain systems and tools, including accurate CRM data.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in B2B sales, including new and existing business (experience in tyres, logistics, or the commercial vehicle sector is an advantage).
- Strong account management skills and experience working with independent businesses.
- Confidence in territory planning and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- A business-related degree or equivalent experience (desirable, but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
