Overview

Every year we surprise and delight thousands of guests at our motorsport and horseracing events, and with our Goodwood experiences. We are passionate about giving our customers the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

Handle all inbound sales and customer service calls, providing advice and guidance to ensure customers get the very best out of their visit to Goodwood.

Work flexibly across headline events, including early and late shifts, weekends, and evenings. During the peak season (March to September), you may work up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service/Sales with excellent communication skills
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with a \’can do\’ attitude
  • Proactive and flexible team player
  • Enjoy working as part of a busy, driven team

Salary: Β£13.80 per hour (including holiday uplift).
