As our Leisure Attendant, you?ll ensure the front-of-house reception runs smoothly, delivering high-touch customer service to our members and Hotel guests.
With excellent attention to detail, you?ll maintain a highly presentable Health Club environment and manage written and verbal correspondence confidently.
You?ll be the face of the Club for walk-in enquiries, guiding potential members and completing Health Pitstops and Gym inductions.
Health and safety is key - you?ll carry out pool water tests, safety audits, and pool plant tasks.
What you?ll have:

• Passion and bundles of enthusiasm
• Positive, friendly ?can do? attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and organise
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a member?s health and fitness club (desirable)
• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (desirable but not essential)
