About The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Supporting our Head Chef and Senior Sous, you’ll lead by example, ensuring that our high standards never slip and that each dish reflects the care, craft, and creativity we pride ourselves on.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, especially during service
- Managing kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
- Upholding food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Collaborating with our butchers and cheesemakers to craft innovative, waste‑free menus
- Contributing ideas for seasonal specials and menu development
