We’re on the lookout for a Health Club Receptionist who’s got good vibes, great attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable first impressions.

At our Health Club, you’re not just “on reception” – you’re the friendly face who sets the tone for someone’s entire day.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Greet guests and members like they’re old friends (even if they’re brand new)
• Keep things running smoothly at the front desk – bookings, schedules, and guest queries
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with a smile and serious efficiency
• Send and reply to messages/emails that are clear, friendly, and on-point
• Help keep the space looking Insta-ready and safe for everyone
• Share guest feedback and be part of the ideas team to keep improving
• Know our offers and help upsell services in a natural, helpful way

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator and natural people-person
• Someone organised, dependable and calm under pressure – even on busy days
• A genuine interest in wellness, fitness and making people feel good
• A team player who wants to be part of a fun, supportive and social work environment
• You don\’t need tons of experience – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
