We’re thrilled to offer an event intern role in the Goodwood team for a year at the heart of some of the UK’s most iconic live events.

- Goodwoof
During the first few months, you’ll rotate through several departments to build a broad understanding of how Goodwood operates. You’ll then join the team planning and delivering the Goodwoof event before moving on to the Goodwood Racecourse team. Here you’ll play a key role across our Three Friday Night fixtures and the Qatar Goodwood Festival – affectionately known as Glorious Goodwood.

Contract and Hours
Fixed term: Early September 2026 to September 2027
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Extended hours and some weekend working required in the lead‑up to and during the events
Holiday not permitted on certain key dates (to be confirmed)

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using initiative, multitasking and thinking laterally
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
