First impressions really do count – and you’ll be the one making them. This rewarding role gives you the opportunity to truly thrive as a key part of our Estate Sales Team. You’ll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every client requirement is understood, organised with precision, and expertly communicated to our Operational teams.

You’ll be a vital member of our fun and professional team, where we take pride in exceeding expectations. Working closely with the Estate Sales team, you’ll ensure a seamless transition from contract to coordination, supporting the achievement of venue targets through meticulous planning and brilliant customer care.

As a true ambassador of the Goodwood brand, you’ll co‑ordinate our customers’ events with passion and confidence - managing every detail, responding quickly and warmly to queries, and giving clients total reassurance at every stage of their journey. A natural relationship‑builder, you’ll bring enthusiasm, collaboration and a “can‑do” attitude to everything you do.

You’ll create long‑lasting connections with our customers by adding the ‘wow’ factor to their planning experience and consistently delivering service that feels personal, professional and memorable. This role includes occasional weekend or evening work on events, with lieu time accrued.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Confident IT skills across Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Protel and iVvy is desirable
  • Experience within high‑end events or luxury hospitality
  • Previous experience in a sales or planning environment
  • A natural communicator with a best‑in‑class approach to the customer journey
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an efficient, proactive working style
  • Energy, enthusiasm and an infectious can‑do attitude
  • Living within a reasonable commuting distance
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
