We have a rare opportunity for a talented and creative Private Chef to deliver an exceptional, truly bespoke dining experience at our stunning Hound Lodge. Set in the heart of the Goodwood Estate, this is no ordinary role. You'll create seasonal menus using locally sourced, award‑winning produce, including ingredients from our own Home Farm, bringing fresh ideas to life in a unique luxury setting.
No two days are the same as you create bespoke dining experiences, liaise with guests on menu selections and dietary requirements, and collaborate with the Head Chef, General Manager and wider kitchen team. You'll also support the Kennels kitchen during quieter lodge periods, making you an integral part of the wider culinary team.
Hound Lodge offers a truly special experience, a luxurious 10‑bedroom sporting lodge where guests can escape everyday life, with every detail carefully considered. Your role will be central to creating unforgettable moments through food, ensuring our guests receive a personalised and memorable dining experience every time.
