The Role
You’ll lead your own section within The Kennels kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver inspiring, high‑quality dishes. You’ll contribute to a fast‑paced, collaborative team that takes pride in exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard
- Manage the setup, smooth running, and handover of your section
- Maintain excellent hygiene and manage wastage
- Provide accurate daily ordering information
- Support colleagues across the kitchen and uphold Goodwood standards
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to prioritise, take responsibility, and work both independently and as part of a team
