The Kennels is the central clubhouse for all the Estate's Sporting Members – horseracing, golf, motorsport, aviation, or health club enthusiasts. It is the perfect place for our members to relax and enjoy superb food in stylish surroundings. You will deliver a personalised experience to our broad spectrum of members and guests, with no two days being the same. You could be teeing up a golfers' breakfast, welcoming guests for a relaxed afternoon coffee, or working on a lively and buzzing music event, all in The Kennels' own inimitable style.
Responsibilities
- Provide casual bar tender and server duties in a high-energy food and beverage environment
- Deliver seamless service and create genuine WOW moments for members and guests
- Engage with members to understand preferences and tailor experiences accordingly
- Assist with party events and special occasions as required
- Maintain a clean and organized service area and uphold safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working within a food and beverage environment
- Knowledge of bar products including spirits, wines, beers, ales, and cocktails
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
