What You?ll Be Doing Reporting to the Security Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include: Providing 24/7 security for Goodwood House and surrounding buildings Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism and care Conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible security presence Monitoring CCTV and managing communications from the control room Supporting estate-wide operations, including events and emergency response Upholding the estate?s high standards and promoting our core values This permanent full-time position involves a rotating shift pattern of 42 hours per week, consisting of two day shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off. What You?ll Bring We?re looking for someone with: 5+ years? experience ?in a professional security role (preferred) An? SIA CCTV Operator Licence ? (essential ); Close Protection Licence (desirable) A? First Aid at Work certificate ?(essential) A valid? manual driving licence Strong communication, conflict management, and organisational skills A calm, proactive, and adaptable approach ? especially under pressure A passion for delivering exceptional service with integrity and discretion Why Join Us?
