Receptionist / Administrator – Goodwood Art Foundation – Chichester First impressions really count and you’ll be the one making them! Are you passionate with bundles of enthusiasm – if so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become an integral part of our team as Receptionist / Administrator. The Foundation is a new not-for-profit organisation, located on the Goodwood Estate and is scheduled to open to the public in May 2025. You will provide a professional and efficient service, responding to enquiries, taking booking and transferring calls as required, whilst ensuring all relevant reservation information is passed on to the relevant people, amongst a variety of other responsibilities. The Goodwood Art Foundation will showcase world class contemporary artists, their works set in a newly designed landscape by an award winning architect and a leading arts education programme designed by a world leading expert. Together with the team, you will establish and maintain relationships with annual members, ticket holders and any visitors to the Foundation during the Exhibition season. We are offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, a stunning working environment with a group of passionate colleagues. As our Receptionist / Administrator, you will feel a real sense of connection, with the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experiences. Your normal working days will be Wednesday to Sunday, there may be a requirement to work additional days or hours as necessary. To be successful you will have either an art qualification or a background of working in art. You’ll also have: Experience of working in a a similar role and environment Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can do Attitude High levels of attention to detail Complaint handling experience (desirable) Genuine passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.
