This is an opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognised brands, developing long-term partnerships that extend far beyond event sponsorship and create meaningful commercial value throughout the year.

As a senior leader within our Partnership Management team, you will combine strategic relationship leadership with commercial growth, helping partners unlock the full potential of the Goodwood platform across events, content, hospitality, membership, digital and experiential opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the retention and renewal of major partnership agreements, ensuring long-term commercial success.
  • Create partnership growth plans that identify opportunities to expand rights, investment and year-round engagement.
  • Drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling and the development of new commercial opportunities beyond core event sponsorship.
  • Actively identify and convert 365-day partnership opportunities across hospitality, membership, experiences, content, digital, automotive, lifestyle and luxury sectors.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals and investment discussions with existing and prospective partners.
  • Own and develop one of Goodwood's flagship Marque or Presenting Partner relationships, maximising value for both parties.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Sales team to support new business opportunities and ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to long-term growth.
  • Ensure outstanding delivery of partnership activations, hospitality programmes and contractual commitments.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Partnership Managers and Executives, fostering both commercial excellence and exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Membership, Digital, Finance and Operations to deliver best-in-class partner experiences and commercial outcomes.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a commercially driven relationship builder who combines strategic partnership management expertise with a proven ability to generate revenue and identify new business opportunities. We're particularly interested in professionals who have:

  • Significant experience in sponsorship, partnerships, commercial sales or account growth roles.
  • A strong record of retaining, renewing and growing high-value commercial partnerships.
  • Experience identifying and converting upsell, cross-sell and incremental revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Success managing senior client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and experience managing substantial revenue targets.
  • A proven ability to create integrated partnership solutions that extend beyond traditional sponsorship rights.
  • Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.

You'll Be

  • Commercially ambitious and revenue focused.
  • Strategic in your thinking and execution.
  • Credible and influential with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial in identifying new opportunities.
  • Confident leading commercial conversations and negotiations.
  • A collaborative leader who brings out the best in others.
  • Solutions-focused, adaptable and resilient.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional experiences and measurable partner outcomes.
  • Driven by results while building long-term relationships.
