We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Hound Lodge , our beautifully appointed sporting lodge set in the heart of the Goodwood Estate. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills alongside experienced chefs while creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. No two days are the same at Hound Lodge. From preparing breakfasts and bespoke dinners to supporting special gatherings and unique guest experiences, you'll play an important role in delivering food that reflects the quality, creativity and attention to detail for which Goodwood is known. Working closely with the Hound Lodge Private Chef , you'll help prepare and present outstanding seasonal dishes using the finest local produce, including ingredients sourced from Goodwood Home Farm.
