The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Picture yourself creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst inspiring, coaching and developing a great team. You will be responsible for all areas of the Health Club, equipment and first point of contact for our key suppliers. The Health Club includes Tennis Courts, Indoor Studio, Garden Studio, Reception, Gym and our Pool Plant.
Variety is the spice of life. You will actively engage with prospective members and current members and you will be managing a preventative maintenance programme and work closely with the Housekeeping Manager. You’ll be creating rotas, handling shift changes, whilst demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
What you’ll have:
- Experience of providing a high touch customer experience
- A Lifeguard qualification would be advantageous
- NVQ Level 2 Gym Instructor - desirable
- Pool Plant Operator course (PPO) desirable
- Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communicator
- A sense of fun!
