As the first point of contact for many of our members, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless member experience. From supporting membership journeys and maintaining accurate records to answering enquiries and showcasing our facilities through membership tours, no two days are the same.

What you'll do

  • Be a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for member enquiries, both in person and remotely.
  • Support all aspects of membership administration, including renewals, new joiners, suspensions and waitlists.
  • Conduct membership sales tours and help prospective members discover everything the Health Club has to offer.
  • Maintain accurate records across our systems and databases.
  • Produce reports, update trackers and support month-end administration.
  • Assist with member communications, feedback and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Health Club through excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Help ensure our members receive a consistently high standard of service throughout their journey with us.

What you'll have

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
