We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Ticket Office team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to ticketing queries and resolving issues via email and occasionally by phone. You’ll also support a variety of administrative and sales-related tasks in the lead-up to and during our headline events. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised, and have exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, you’ll share our passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer queries via email and occasionally by phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Provide guidance on digital ticketing, including the Goodwood Ticket App.
- Process ticket bookings, refunds, and VAT receipts accurately.
- Support operational tasks during motorsport and horseracing events.
- Identify and pass on potential sales opportunities.
- Assist with charity ticket bookings and lost property processes.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
