We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to take the lead in our pastry section, playing a key role within a skilled and passionate kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to create beautifully crafted pastry dishes that delight our guests and elevate every dining experience. You’ll take full ownership of your section, working closely with the wider brigade to create, develop and deliver exciting menus. A key part of the role will be continuing to evolve and execute our much-loved House Afternoon Tea, bringing creativity, precision and flair to every detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working alongside the Head Pastry Chef to support and enhance the success of the pastry section
  • Contributing to the creation, development and delivery of new and seasonal menus
  • Developing and executing our House Afternoon Tea offering to the highest standard
  • Working collaboratively in a busy, multi-kitchen environment
  • Delivering exceptional quality while keeping a strong awareness of costs and food margins
