We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised Junior Event Staffing Planner to join our passionate Event Staffing Team. This is a brilliant opportunity to be right at the heart of live event delivery, supporting the recruitment, coordination and care of our casual workers and volunteers who make everything happen. From large-scale, show-stopping public events to more intimate private occasions, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time - fully briefed, supported and ready to deliver exceptional experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and coordination of casual event staff and volunteers
  • Allocating roles, preparing event materials and helping teams feel informed and confident
  • Managing event staffing administration, including data input, communications and documentation
  • Supporting staff check-in, welfare and uniforms on event days
  • Processing timesheets and supporting payroll reconciliation post-event
  • Adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, live event environment
