Are you a passionate spa professional ready to lead a team in one of the UK's most iconic settings? Goodwood is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Duty Manager to help us deliver exceptional guest experiences across our spa and wellness facilities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the spa, leading briefings, supporting therapists, receptionists and gym floor staff, and stepping in to deliver treatments when needed. You'll champion a surprise-and-delight culture, maintain high operational standards and be the go-to person when the Operations Manager is absent.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a multi-disciplinary wellness team
  • Deliver and cover spa treatments as required
  • Oversee daily operations, H&S checks, cash handling and audits
  • Drive team training, development and guest service standards
  • Support membership tours and ensure smooth customer journeys

What We're Looking For

  • Proven spa therapy experience with a passion for wellness
  • Natural leader with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
  • Flexible to work weekends and adapt to a busy environment
  • Own transport (essential)

Desirable

  • Holistic therapy qualifications, NVQ Level 3 Beauty or equivalent, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, RLSS Lifesaver, Pool Plant Operator, or team management experience.
