Join a team where your financial insight helps shape business performance across some of Goodwood's most unique hospitality experiences. We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Entertaining & Hospitality Division. Working closely with operational managers and the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in delivering robust financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including The Kennels, Hound Lodge and Golf.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded finance professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-making and turning financial data into meaningful business insight. No two days are quite the same. You'll produce management accounts, support business managers with forecasts and budgeting, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls. You'll become a trusted partner to stakeholders across the division, helping them understand their numbers and make informed decisions.
What you’ll need:
- Qualified or studying toward a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA
- Strong experience within a commercial finance environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations would be advantageous
