We’re looking for a Farm Food Sales & Distribution Manager to drive the growth of our wholesale and retail operation. This is a dynamic and hands-on role, combining sales, account management, and logistics, where you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and ensuring our products reach customers efficiently. What you’ll be doing
- Developing sales and strengthening customer relationships, including:
- Growing wholesale and Farm Shop retail sales
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong customer communications and follow-up activity
- Supporting product development, merchandising, and retail performance
- Overseeing key operational areas:
- Managing delivery logistics and leading the delivery team
- Reviewing and improving delivery routes for efficiency and profitability
- Taking ownership of milk vending operations and future expansion
- Supporting accurate order processing, reporting, and revenue tracking
- Producing regular sales reports and performance insights
- Ensuring compliance with traceability and legislative requirements
- Supporting the wider team during peak times, events, and holidays, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll bring
