Do you thrive on delivering high-impact events and creating unforgettable experiences? We are looking for an Event Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of some of our most exciting events, including Goodwoof and the Magnolia Cup.
You’ll take ownership of event infrastructure, operational planning and on-the-ground delivery from concept to completion. Working within the Group Projects team, you’ll bring stakeholders together, develop Event Planners, manage budgets and ensure every detail is delivered to an exceptional standard. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their event expertise and progress toward senior leadership within Goodwood.
Key responsibilities- Lead operational delivery and event infrastructure planning
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences and exceptional attention to detail
- Manage and develop a team of Event Planners
- Oversee operations budgets and cost efficiencies
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Support sustainability and ISO20121 standards
- Deliver projects assigned by senior leadership
