- Proven experience at Chef de Partie level or readiness to step up to this role
- Background in quality establishments with fine dining experience
- Comfortable working in a multi-kitchen or large team environment and running off-site events independently
- Ability to create inspiring, relevant dishes that elevate the dining experience
