We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Bar Assistant to join The Kennels Bar team at Goodwood, reporting to the Bar Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
The Role
- You’ll deliver a personal, welcoming and efficient service to all customers, helping to create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.
- You’ll build strong relationships with customers, confidently upsell menu items, and maintain excellent knowledge of our food, drink and events across the Estate.
- You’ll also ensure high standards are upheld behind the scenes, including cleanliness, health and safety, and thorough shift handovers.
