What You’ll Be Doing
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Troubleshooting IT hardware and software across the estate
  • Logging and managing incidents, problems, and service requests
  • Ensuring timely patching of software vulnerabilities
  • Taking ownership of user issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Managing IT onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Keeping IT inventory records accurate and up to date
  • Creating and maintaining helpful documentation and FAQs
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical faults
  • Collaborating with the IT Engineering team for escalations
