We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join us as Gate Supervisors and Grandstand Supervisors at our world-famous Goodwood events.

As a Gate Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of ticket scanners, ensure smooth entry for guests, and uphold our high standards of presentation and customer service. As a Grandstand Supervisor, you’ll oversee grandstand access, support volunteer stewards, and help guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Hours & Availability:

The hours will vary depending on agreed shift patterns.
Please note: shifts will be prioritised to those who can work every day of an event.

What We’re Looking For:

• Supervisory experience
• Friendly, professional individuals with great attention to detail
• Flexibility and reliability, especially during busy event periods

Important Information:

• We welcome people from all backgrounds. However, due to the nature of the events and the length of Supervisory shifts, we cannot accept applications from anyone under the age of 18.
• Goodwood is in a rural location with limited public transport, so reliable transport is essential.
