About the Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Supporting our Head Chef and Senior Sous, you’ll lead by example, ensuring that our high standards never slip and that each dish reflects the care, craft, and creativity we pride ourselves on. - Managing kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
- Upholding food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards

Our butcher works directly with the kitchen team to influence dishes based on the cuts available, ensuring every part of the animal is respected and utilised. It's an environment where learning never stops, and your voice matters.
