Front Desk Supervisor - Chichester

We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who’s all about good vibes, great service, and genuine connections. At Goodwood, our guests are more than customers – they’re part of the experience. And so are you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests like old friends – warm, professional, and always personal
• Leading and supporting a team of amazing hosts during your shift
• Training new team members and helping your crew grow with you
• Solving problems with confidence and kindness
• Ensuring everything runs smoothly – from check‑in to check‑out
• Using hotel systems (like Protel) to keep operations seamless

What you’ll have:

• You’re a people person through and through
• You’ve worked in customer service before (hospitality is a big plus)
• You’ve got team leadership energy – even if it wasn’t your job title yet
• You love learning new tech and tools (hotel booking systems = bonus points)
• You’ve got your own way of getting here – we’re in beautiful countryside (lucky us!)

Contract: Permanent.

Hours: Full time – 40 hours worked on 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
