We’re looking for a Farm Food Sales & Distribution Manager to drive the growth of our wholesale and retail operation. This is a dynamic and hands‑on role, combining sales, account management, and logistics, where you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and ensuring our products reach customers efficiently. What you’ll be doing:

  • Growing wholesale and Farm Shop retail sales
  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong customer communications and follow‑up activity
  • Supporting product development, merchandising, and retail performance

Key operational responsibilities:

  • Managing delivery logistics and leading the delivery team
  • Reviewing and improving delivery routes for efficiency and profitability
  • Taking ownership of milk vending operations and future expansion
  • Supporting accurate order processing, reporting, and revenue tracking
  • Producing regular sales reports and performance insights
  • Ensuring compliance with traceability and legislative requirements

You’ll also support the wider team during peak times, events, and holidays, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
