The Goodwood Road Racing Club (GRRC) is world-renowned among motorsport enthusiasts and led by The Duke of Richmond. Due to exciting growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Event Planner to join our Goodwood Road Racing Club. This is a fantastic time to become part of a fun and friendly team who thrive on delivering exceptional experiences with high standards.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for curating and delivering a diverse calendar of events for our GRRC members, including driving tours, balls, track days, and unique social gatherings. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our member experiences at our flagship motorsport events - Members’ Meeting, Festival of Speed and Revival.

This is a brilliant opportunity to showcase your impeccable attention to detail, organisational flair, and administrative skills. We’re looking for someone who’s process-driven, a strong team player, and ready to get stuck in.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience of working in the event industry
  • Previous budgeting and/or revenue management responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • An understanding of automotive and motorsport events would be an advantage
