We're looking for an experienced

E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online retail business.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our e-commerce strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance the digital customer journey across our retail channels.

Working closely with the Retail Manager, Central Digital Team, and wider Marketing teams, you'll play a key role in shaping our online presence, optimising performance, and ensuring our retail offering continues to thrive.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Developing and delivering the e-commerce strategy for our retail business.
  • Owning the digital campaign and merchandising plan across all online channels.
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the retail website, ensuring products and content remain accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Delivering email marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • Analysing performance, providing regular reporting and making recommendations to drive online sales and conversion.
  • Working with internal teams to grow our marketable database and improve customer engagement.
  • Managing external PPC agencies and ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Collaborating with digital teams to maximise SEO opportunities and website performance.
  • Building awareness of our retail brand across digital platforms, including social media.
  • Working with marketing and content teams to ensure retail activity is effectively promoted.
