Join the Golf At Goodwood Team. We’re looking for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the smooth running of our multi-course golf venue. This is an opportunity to become part of a member-led club where every detail matters and exceptional experiences are part of everyday life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating a warm and memorable welcome for members and guests, building strong relationships from first tee to clubhouse.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the golf operation, from check-ins and retail to keeping everything flowing seamlessly behind the scenes.
- Delivering excellent service at every touchpoint, anticipating needs and responding with confidence and care.
- Promoting and recommending products and services that enhance the customer experience.
- Playing a key role in the delivery of events, from corporate golf days to a full calendar of member competitions.
