The GoodNet is a media optimisation company focused on using sustainability as a live performance signal rather than just a post‑campaign metric. Through our GoodIQ platform, The GoodNet helps brands plan, optimise and measure campaigns using signals that sharpen decisions and improve targeting. GoodIQ enables real‑time optimisation against 200+ data points, reducing waste and improving efficiency at scale. The platform also unifies performance and responsibility outcomes in one view, feeding directly back into future optimisation. By connecting sustainability data to live campaign delivery, The GoodNet helps brands achieve smarter media decisions and stronger results from every impression.

About the role

The Client Success Manager is responsible for owning the delivery, performance, and optimisation of The GoodNet campaigns for a portfolio of clients, ensuring activity meets agreed KPIs and delivers meaningful value. A successful Client Success Manager focuses on campaign outcomes and performance insight – whilst building relationships with key clients and working closely with our Sales team – to help drive retention and growth for the business.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of live campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively coordinating across the Sales and Data & Insights teams to ensure seamless delivery and a strong client experience.
  • Own campaign execution across both self‑serve (SSP) and managed service (DSP) campaigns, including setup, pacing, performing monitoring, optimisation and troubleshooting.
  • Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights for clients, confidently communicating results, recommendations, and strategic next steps.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery or performance issues using available DSP and SSP data, clearly articulating root causes internally and externally and driving timely resolution.
  • Partner with Client Sales to support account growth, using performance insights to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and contribute to long‑term client strategy.
  • Champion the client voice internally, sharing feedback, learnings, and opportunities to improve product, delivery and overall client experience, working with the Head of Client Success to inform wider operational thinking.
  • Set the standard for best‑in‑class QA across campaign set‑up and reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidence in all client‑facing outputs.
  • Support and mentor Client Success Executives, guiding them on both campaign delivery excellence and client communication best practices.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of the Client Success process, to improve workflows, documentation, and ways of working to better serve clients and scale the function.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of programmatic advertising experience in a digital agency or ad operations role, with strong hands‑on experience managing programmatic campaigns across core DSPs (DV360, Bliss, TTD etc.) and/or SSPs (Index, PubMatic, Magnite etc.)
  • Proven ability to optimise campaigns to meet performance KPIs.
  • Confident working directly with agencies and clients in a delivery‑focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with campaigns data in Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Clear and confident communicator across both technical and commercial conversations.
  • An understanding of purpose, sustainability and ESG across the media landscape.
