Technical Product Analyst in Slough

Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location:
Remote or hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week in Hessle, Tunbridge Wells or Central London if hybrid. Some travel to our sites will be required for team meetings, with travel covered.
Salary:
£35,000–£45,000 per annum, plus a 10% annual discretionary bonus.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being the connector between systems, people and better ways of working. You'll have the chance to influence how our travel technology evolves, improve the journeys our teams and customers rely on, and be part of a growing business with real momentum.
What you'll be doing:
Connect online booking tools, GDS platforms, APIs and internal systems so they work together smoothly for customers and colleagues. Spot opportunities to improve system performance, data accuracy and customer experience. Work across product, operations and sales to turn technical detail into practical improvements.
About you
You'll
already be working as
a confident
Technical Support Analyst
in a Travel Management Company, travel technology provider, corporate travel operation or travel IT environment. What matters most is that you understand travel systems, enjoy getting under the skin of technical issues, and know how to make platforms work better for the people using them.

: Experience of working with travel technology platforms and integrations Knowledge of API integrations, endpoints and data mapping Understanding of system integration workflows Experience with testing, quality assurance and troubleshooting integrations Strong experience with SAP Concur, Atriis, Trainline, Evolvi, Conferma Pay, Scripting Tools, Quality Control System, Profile tools. Experience with GDS platforms such as, Sabre GDS, Amadeus GDS and Travelport. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to analyse booking flows and identify technical issues Detail orientated with a focus on data accuracy and quality control
