The Good Sheet is a growing distribution centre and eCommerce supplier specialising in timber, sheet materials, insulation and plasterboard. Based in Nottingham, we supply both trade and retail customers through our busy online store and sales office. We are looking for a motivated and organised Internal Sales Executive to join our team. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine “can do” approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Purchasing and ordering stock from suppliers
- Supporting customers with product and delivery queries
- Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams
- Helping maintain excellent customer service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Good telephone and communication skills
