Join Our Team at The Good Oak We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and hands on Restaurant Manager to join a successful and growing independent hospitality business in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves restaurants, understands exceptional hospitality and wants to play an important role in the continued growth of a business. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, working closely with the owners and senior team to ensure consistently high standards across service, team management and restaurant operations. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable leading a busy service as they are managing the operational side of the business. As the company grows, there will also be an opportunity to become involved in new openings, developing systems and helping to build the management structure required for expansion. What We're Looking For Previous management experience within a high quality, fast paced restaurant environment A strong and confident leader who knows how to motivate, develop and manage a team Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service standards Strong organisational and problem solving skills Commercial awareness, with an understanding of labour costs, stock control and restaurant performance Experience managing rotas, recruitment, training and team development Ability to implement and maintain strong operational systems and procedures A genuine passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience Someone ambitious who is excited by the opportunity to grow with the business Experience with restaurant openings, multi-site operations or expansion would be a strong advantage What We Offer Salary £50,000£60,000 per annum, depending on experience The opportunity to work closely with the founders of an independent and growing restaurant business Genuine opportunity for career progression as the company expands The opportunity to play an important role in future restaurant openings and the development of the wider business If youre an experienced restaurant manager looking for a role where you can have real involvement in both the restaurant and the future growth of the company, wed love to hear from you.
