We are seeking a proactive and analytical Paid Social Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience running paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, who enjoys combining creative thinking with data-led optimisation. You will work closely with account teams and creatives to deliver scalable, ROI-driven social advertising for a range of small business clients.

What You Can Expect from the Paid Social Executive Role

As a Paid Social Executive, you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns that drive awareness, traffic and conversions. You will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, performance analysis, creative testing coordination and reporting. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients and industries and requires a balance of technical proficiency, commercial awareness and clear communication.

Essential Knowledge and Experience for the Role

  • Paid Social Platforms – Practical experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and ideally other platforms such as Pinterest or Snapchat
  • Campaign Setup & Optimisation – Confidence in building audiences, setting bids and budgets, A/B testing, and applying optimisation levers to improve performance
  • Creative Collaboration – Ability to work with creative teams and content partners to develop assets that perform in-feed and in short-form video environments
  • Analytics & Reporting – Strong skills in analysing campaign data, pulling insights and producing clear, actionable reports for clients
  • Tracking & Measurement – Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel/SDK setups and attribution considerations
  • Keeping Current – Awareness of platform updates, ad formats and competitive activity to keep campaigns cutting-edge

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of paid social strategies that align with client objectives and budgets
  • Set up, launch and manage day-to-day campaign activity across Meta and TikTok, including audience creation, targeting and budget pacing
  • Conduct creative testing and manage creative rotations to identify top-performing assets
  • Optimise campaigns using data-driven approaches to improve CPA, ROAS and other KPIs
  • Produce regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to account leads and clients
  • Collaborate with influencers/content creators and the Influencer team to amplify paid activity where appropriate
  • Support tracking setup and troubleshooting with developers and analytics partners to ensure reliable measurement
  • Attend client meetings to discuss campaign performance, optimisations and creative needs
  • Monitor industry trends and platform changes to recommend new opportunities and tactics

What Skillset & Experience We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment
  • Proven ability to deliver performance improvements through testing and optimisation
  • Comfortable using Ads Manager, Business Manager and TikTok Ads (or equivalent tools)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience using reporting tools such as Google Sheets or Data Studio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client and internal collaboration
  • Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Curious and commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
