Working Pattern: Part‑time, 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) based in our Shoreditch office. We’re happy for hours to be spread across additional days to accommodate school hours or childcare commitments.

The Role: This is a hands‑on, standalone finance role at the heart of a creative agency moving fast. You’ll take full ownership of our day‑to‑day finance function, from management reporting and cash flow to billing and compliance, while partnering closely with our leadership team to support smart, data‑driven decision‑making. We’re looking for someone who is as excited by the opportunities that come with growth as they are by a well‑reconciled balance sheet. - Financial Management & Reporting: Own the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting cycle, producing timely and accurate management accounts. Prepare financial statements, management accounts and board packs; work with the fractional CFO to present findings to the Board. Implement and maintain clear job status and profit reconciliations to help us understand which projects are performing best. Monitor cash flow, debtors, budgets and forecasts to ensure the business maintains strong financial health and liquidity.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll.
