The Role
As an Account Director, you’ll lead major client relationships, bringing together strategy, social, influencer, and paid to deliver standout, results-driven work. You’ll own senior stakeholder management, grow accounts through strategic vision and commercial awareness, and inspire the wider team to deliver at pace, with precision and purpose. You’ll also help shape the client services function—driving best practice, mentoring future leaders, and partnering with senior leadership to evolve how we work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic relationships across priority accounts, acting as a senior partner to key client stakeholders.
- Deeply understand each client's business, audience, and category—ensuring all work delivers value and relevance.
- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities, translating insight into action and strategy into impact.
- Shape and oversee the delivery of social-first campaigns—from content to creative, influencer to media.
- Ensure work meets the highest standards creatively, strategically, and operationally.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems before they escalate, and keep delivery on track and on brief.
- Own commercial performance across your accounts, including forecasting, scoping, profitability, and reporting.
- Collaborate with department leads to develop innovative, efficient delivery models.
- Bring clarity to complexity—balancing bold creative with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Mentor Account Managers and Associate Account Directors, nurturing a high-performing team culture.
- Help grow client services as a discipline—evolving process, standards, and expectations.
- Champion collaboration across Creative, Strategy, Paid, Organic and Influencer to deliver truly integrated work.
- Stay sharp on platform trends, cultural shifts, and emerging formats—sharing knowledge and spotting opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership, pitches, agency initiatives, and new business.
- Help shape a positive, inclusive, and ambitious agency culture—by how you lead, support, and show up.

Salary
Competitive salary depending on experience – typically ranging between £55,000–£65,000.
