The Good Egg is an award-winning boutique influencer and campaigns agency specialising in ethical, results-driven work. Operating across the UK, Europe, and the US, we connect brands with the right creators and campaigns to drive real impact. Our team is fully remote, tight-knit, and serious about delivering excellence β€” for clients like Silverstone, Flo, Peanut, and more.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Campaign Producer to join our team and take real ownership of campaign delivery across multiple accounts. This is a senior exec-level role β€” you'll be the engine keeping projects moving, clients informed, and creative output at the highest standard. You'll report to the Senior Client Success Manager and work closely with the wider campaign team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end management of integrated campaigns across influencer, digital, social, and print β€” from brief through to delivery and reporting
  • Client Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for clients: proactive comms, regular updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Team & Supplier Coordination: Brief and coordinate internal creative teams and external suppliers, keeping everyone on track
  • Project Ownership: Own project timelines, budgets, status trackers, and delivery schedules across simultaneous accounts
  • Quality Control: Quality-check all campaign outputs before client delivery or go-live
  • Data & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and produce clear reports for clients
  • New Business: Support new business pitches and proposals where needed
  • Team Development: Mentor junior team members and help raise the bar across the agency

Non-Negotiables

  • Experience: 2–4 years of campaign production, project management, or account executive experience on the agency side
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without things slipping
  • Client Skills: Strong client-facing skills β€” you're confident, clear, and great at managing expectations
  • Organisation: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong written communication
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of the creative and production process across digital, social, and print
  • Eligibility: Full right to work in the UK; based in London or reachable within 1 hour
  • Availability: Availability to attend in-person team days in London 3–4 times per month and occasional client events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
  • Background in influencer or creator campaign production
  • Experience briefing or working with video production teams
  • Canva, Photoshop, or basic design skills for presenting work

What You Get

  • Β£32,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Fully remote working with team days in London 3–4 times per month
  • Flexible working hours within an 8am–7pm GMT window
  • 22 days holiday + your birthday off + bank holidays
  • Up to Β£200 to set up your home working environment
  • Real variety β€” campaigns spanning lifestyle, motorsport, FMCG, travel, and more
  • Career development in a fast-growing, award-winning boutique agency

Our Process

We aim to move quickly and communicate transparently throughout. The full process will not take longer than 3 working weeks. Please only apply if you meet all non-negotiable criteria.

  • Stage 1 β€” Task: 20–30 min at-home task focused on speed and practical knowledge
  • Stage 2 β€” First Interview: Max. 30-min interview with the mid-to-senior team (no presentation needed)
  • Stage 3 β€” Final Interview: Short presentation, live skill test (15 min), and a personal chat with the Managing Director
