About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Campaign Producer to join our team and take real ownership of campaign delivery across multiple accounts. This is a senior exec-level role β you'll be the engine keeping projects moving, clients informed, and creative output at the highest standard. You'll report to the Senior Client Success Manager and work closely with the wider campaign team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-end management of integrated campaigns across influencer, digital, social, and print β from brief through to delivery and reporting
- Client Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for clients: proactive comms, regular updates, and strategic recommendations
- Team & Supplier Coordination: Brief and coordinate internal creative teams and external suppliers, keeping everyone on track
- Project Ownership: Own project timelines, budgets, status trackers, and delivery schedules across simultaneous accounts
- Quality Control: Quality-check all campaign outputs before client delivery or go-live
- Data & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and produce clear reports for clients
- New Business: Support new business pitches and proposals where needed
- Team Development: Mentor junior team members and help raise the bar across the agency
Non-Negotiables
- Experience: 2β4 years of campaign production, project management, or account executive experience on the agency side
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without things slipping
- Client Skills: Strong client-facing skills β you're confident, clear, and great at managing expectations
- Organisation: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong written communication
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the creative and production process across digital, social, and print
- Eligibility: Full right to work in the UK; based in London or reachable within 1 hour
- Availability: Availability to attend in-person team days in London 3β4 times per month and occasional client events
